Bumpy Flight Tier Lists

No invented aircraft names — just honest rankings for jobs and panic, updated for the BETA loop.

Tier List Hub

A Bumpy Flight tier list cannot be a secret S-tier plane chart. The official page says you unlock aircraft and skins as you complete flights. It does not publish a hangar with stats. Anyone ranking “the Stealth Jet” this week is writing fiction. This hub ranks the things players can actually choose: which crew role to protect, and which emergency to touch first.

Open crew role tiers if you are drafting a friend stack. Open emergency priority if your lobby freezes every time two warnings overlap. Come back here when you need the philosophy.

What we rank, and why

We rank impact on a completed route. A complete is the only advertised progress loop. Therefore S-tier is whatever most often turns a live aircraft into a finished flight, and D-tier is whatever feels loud but rarely saves the landing.

We do not rank:

  • Named planes that do not exist in public notes
  • Game Passes we have not verified item-by-item
  • Scripts, because they are not a legitimate build
  • Codes, because the Codes Hub is empty

When Dexx publishes a real aircraft list with differences that matter, this hub will grow a third child. Until then, enjoy the absence of fake tables.

How to use a tier list in a chaotic co-op game

These lists are drafts, not physics. A great cabin player in a two-stack is more valuable than a theoretical S-tier Pilot who leaves the seat. Read the child pages, then apply them with the crew planner. If your group only has one person who can meter throttle, that person is your Pilot regardless of what a chart says about “flex picks.”

Re-rank after patches. BETA can change how loud cabin warnings are or how picky engine interactions feel. The Updates Hub is the trigger to revisit these pages, not a random YouTuber thumbnail.

New players should still start on how to play rather than on a tier list. Lists are for people who already crashed once and want a rule. Guides are for people who have not left the gate.

If you came here from a search for “Bumpy Flight best class,” the honest answer is: the job your lobby was missing last wipe. Usually that is cabin or engineer, because everyone queued to be Pilot. The child pages explain that joke in more detail.

Use ranks as conversation starters. Then go fly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Is there a Bumpy Flight aircraft tier list?

Not an honest one yet. The developer has not published a named hangar with stats. We refuse to invent plane names.

What do these tier lists rank instead?

Crew roles by impact on completed flights, and emergencies by which warning you should solve first.

How often will the ranks change?

After BETA patches that change prompts, passenger pressure, or repair flow. Check the Updates Hub when the place versions.
